We are confident you will be pleased with Stata's capabilities but, if you feel that Stata is not right for you, you may take advantage of our 30-day returns policy.
Simply contact us by email - info@timberlake.co.uk - or telephone +44 (0) 20 8697 3377 and tell us that you wish to return your purchase. We will provide you with shipping instructions to ensure that your purchase price is refunded promptly upon our receipt of the returned package. Please note that all refunds made will be subject to a deducable processing fee of GBP 25.00, any shipping charges incurred and applicable taxes*).
Trial Version of Stata Software
You may request a FREE trial version of the Stata software that you are interested in, which will remain valid for a period of 30-days. This is a full copy of Stata with full .pdf documentation and a temporary 30-day license. Small charges may be applicable to cover shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
Publications
You may return any publication - which is not intended for resale and is without damage and in its original condition - purchased from us (which is not intended for resale) within 30 days of delivery.
For publications intended for resale delivered beyond 90 days but less than one year, you may return the publications in their original condition for a net refund (less the shipping charge and applicable taxes*) with a 15% restocking fee.
Shortages and/or damaged goods must be reported within 30 days of receipt of items. We will replace the reported items at no charge. Refunds/credits will not be issued.
Return notification
Upon receipt of any returned items, Timberlake Consultants will notify the sender by mail or email (if provided) of the credit amount and the method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the internal processing of returns.
*Taxes incurred are nonrefundable and include, but are not limited to, sales, use, personal property, value-added, excise, customs fees, import duties, stamp duties, credit card fees, and other similar taxes and duties.
